Hi! I'm Michele and I'm a PhD and social scientist. I started making designs as a way to manage my stress and anxiety. I am constantly trying to remember to talk to myself the way that I would talk to my best friends, and so I like to make things with the messages that I need to hear. 

If you need to hear these things too, I hope my designs can help. If you need reminders to take a break, or to relax your body, or that your struggles don't define you, then these are for you. If your humor is a little bit goofy, then these are definitely for you.
